ELECTRONIC DOWNLOADS: Sharing of purchased electronic pattern downloads is illegal. Please do not share electronic patterns without written permission directly from the designer which can usually be found inside or on the back of the pattern or book.
SHIPPING: Orders placed online to ship will be processed within two business days. Our business hours are Thursday and Friday 10am - 4pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm. All shipped goods are sent through the USPS. First City Quilts LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please contact USPS for delivery updates on your order.
ORDER PICK UP: All in-stock pre-paid orders placed before 9am on Wednesday will be available for pick up between 10am - 12pm or Thursday - Friday 10am - 4pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm. Please call the shop before picking up order to verify hours of operation.
