Let Lynnea take you step by step through the basics of quilting, from picking out fabrics, reading a quilt pattern, rotary cutting, sewing with an accurate quarter inch seam, and sewing half-square triangles and borders in this beginner's version of the Carpenter's Star quilt. You will make a throw size quilt top in class. No quilting experience required. Machine rental available. Class is three sessions. Morning and evening classes available. Purchase of pattern for class is required.
Need to work on projects? Come join us for a full day of fun, friends and fabric!!! Sew from 8am - 8pm for $10. Staff will be on hand to help with any questions you have. Bring food for lunch and dinner or stop by one of the local places for a quick bite! Microwave and refrigerator available for participants.
